We will arrange for a replacement book to be sent to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original book and receiving the replacement. Our book subscriptions are shipped on the first business day of every month. Subscribe before the 21st of the month, and you will receive your first book during the first week of the following month. Subscribe on or after the 21st, and your first book will ship the month after next. Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 3 business days.
