Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

 1.1. Terms – These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) define the rights and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller, as well as the conditions for purchasing, paying, delivering, and returning products, along with other provisions related to the purchase and sale of subscriptions on www.epicbookhunt.com.

1.2. Seller – UAB EPIC BOOK HUNT, company code 123456789, address: Vilniaus g. 1, LT-01100 Vilnius, Lithuania.

1.3. Store – the online store www.epicbookhunt.com.

1.4. Buyer:
1.4.1. Legally capable individuals, not younger than 18 years of age;
1.4.2. Minors between the ages of 15 and 18 with parental, guardian, or trustee consent, except for cases where they independently manage their earnings or scholarships;
1.4.3. Legal entities;
1.4.4. Authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.

1.5. Personal Data – Buyer’s name, surname, date of birth, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.

2. General Provisions

2.1. Together with the Buyer’s submitted order, these Terms become a legally binding purchase and sale agreement between the
Buyer and Seller.

2.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms by publishing updates on the Store’s website. Changes apply to all
transactions made after the updated Terms are posted.

2.3. By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase products from the Store, as outlined in section

2.4. The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer, having selected a subscription plan, provided a delivery
address, chosen a payment method, and familiarized themselves with these Terms, clicks the “Place Order” button. If the Buyer
disagrees with any of these Terms, they must not place an order.

2.5. All agreements between the Buyer and the Seller are stored in the Seller’s database.

2.6. By entering into the agreement, the Buyer agrees to receive an electronic invoice to the email address provided during purchase.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products in the Store in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws of Lithuania.

3.2. The Buyer is obligated to accept the ordered products and pay the agreed-upon price.

3.3. If the Buyer’s details provided during registration change, the Buyer must notify the Store by email at info@epicbookhunt.com.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller must enable the Buyer to use the Store’s services under the conditions set forth in these Terms.

4.2. The Seller respects the Buyer’s privacy regarding the personal data submitted in the Store’s registration form, except in cases
required by Lithuanian law.

4.3. The Seller may limit or terminate the Buyer’s access to the Store without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to disrupt the Store’s
operation, and the Seller is not liable for any resulting losses.

4.4. The Seller may suspend or discontinue the Store’s operations without prior notice in the case of exceptional circumstances.

4.5. The Seller may refuse to fulfill an order if the products are out of stock or if the Buyer does not meet the Terms.

5. Ordering, Prices, and Payment

5.1. The Buyer places an order using the Store’s online ordering system. The order is considered placed once the Buyer clicks “Confirm Order.”

5.2. Product prices, including VAT, are displayed in the Store. The Store reserves the right to change prices in response to tax changes.

5.3. After placing an order, a preliminary invoice is sent to the Buyer’s email. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be sent.

6. Delivery

6.1. Epic Book Hunt delivers worldwide.

6.2. Delivery fees are determined by the destination and automatically calculated when placing the order.

6.3. Deliveries are sent through international postal services and can take up to two weeks.

6.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

6.5. The Buyer must accept the delivery in person or ensure a representative is available.

6.6. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances outside of its control.

6.7. Upon receipt of the delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must note this on the delivery
document and inform the Seller.

7. Product Quality and Returns

7.1. The description of each product is available on the Store’s product pages.

7.2. The Seller is not responsible for variations in product appearance due to the Buyer’s display settings.

7.3. The Buyer has the right to return unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. All original purchase documents must be
included.

7.4. Returns due to product defects or errors will be covered by the Seller. In cases where a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

8. Responsibility

8.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided.

8.2. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions to internet service or email issues preventing communication.

8.3. The Seller is not liable for the content of books sold, as the responsibility lies with the publisher.
